How to order

Mimi et Mia is membership only because we solely provide hand-made clothes to order. If you would like to see all our products please register for membership. There is no commitment to purchase any items if you become a member, nor any fee involved.

To place an order please select your choice of clothing. Check your doggy's chest size and select the size from XXS to M. If you are not sure of the right size for your doggy, please contact me.  

I will always contact you within 3 working days after you have placed your order to check your doggy's size. You can then discuss the length of the clothes you would like to have for them and confirm the neck size. 

As soon as all the details are confirmed I can start making the clothes.

Please note that since clothes are hand-made to order, cancellation is not possible after this point. Finally, you will receive an email when the clothes are dispatched.

Summary of ordering process

  • Register on this site

  • Select the item you want

  • Measure your doggy's chest size

  • Choose from XXS to M based on this measurement (please contact me if you are not sure)

  • Place your order and make payment

  • I will contact you within  3 days to check all measurements, discuss the order with you and receive your confirmation if you want to go ahead. After this point, no cancellation or changes can be accepted.

  • I will start to make the selected item. 

  • When it is complete I will dispatch it with an E-mail to let you know it's on the way.

  • When you receive  the item, check its condition before your doggy wears it. If there is any fault please contact me.
